| We will pay you automatically when your upgrade expires providing your account has reached $10.When this happens your payment will put in a queue for payment, please allow up to 7 days for payment to be processed,although payment is usually made much sooner.We charge a 5% processing fee because of the high costs when receiving upgrade money. |

| 2. How does TotalSurf Work |
| Totalsurf is free to join, but our system is geared towards the serious online professional and/or promoter and thus we encourage all members to upgrade in order to maximize their experience with us. For our members with active upgrades, everyday you log into your account and surf 14 pages, you will earn the equivalent of 10%per day for 14 days of your upgrade membership level. Upgrades expire in 14 days. If you want to earn more, you can have up to 10000 active upgrades units per 14 day period. All Upgrade Units are $1.00 each.For every $ spend you get 100 ad credits.The minimum upgrade is set at $5 because of the high costs involved by the payment processors. |

| We use e-Gold, Paypal and AlertPay,you will be paid via the payment method you used to upgrade. If you want to paid by any other processor we will charge a 20% Exchange fee. |

| No, we only accept one account per one IP address and per email. If we find that you have multiple accounts, all of your accounts will be deleted, whether they are free or upgraded accounts. |

| A free member has 14 days in which to upgrade,you cannot earn ROI during this period but you can earn referral bonus which will be paid after 14 days.If you do not upgrade your account after 14 days it will be deleted. |
