3. Upgrade payments made to TotalSurf are considered membership fees, not investments or deposits of any kind. The money we pay our members is a payment for the service provided by them, for viewing other advertisements or websites. All membership fees are non-refundable. If at anytime for any reason TotalSurf cannot make payouts for any reason then your membership fee is considered a purchase for advertising credits.

4. We cannot be held responsible for unforeseen or uncontrollable events involving technical issues, legislation, payment processors,. or members participation. It may become necessary for TotalSurf to change our earning rates and referral commissions for sustainability.

5. If a member tries to charge back, get a refund, cancel payment, make a fraudulent payment, or anything in that nature they will be liable for a fine and their account will be suspended. If a member tries to report TotalSurf, any of its owners, or members to a payment processor or authorities they will receive a fine and by being a member of this website you already agreed to the terms and conditions set by the administration making any complaint invalid.

6. You may only have 1 account. Members found to have more than 1 account will have them all suspended.

7. If you are inactive for 14 days your account will be deleted or suspended.

8. You agree to receive emails from TotalSurf and your up-line (should you want them). We do not share your information with anyone else.

9. We encourage you to promote your referral url. But if you promote by means of spam, bulk mail, bulk postings, and any type of unsolicited messaging your account will be suspended and a fine will be imposed.

10. Members may not use the downline contact or forum to promote other websites. If caught you will receive a fine and your account will be suspended.

11. Free members must upgrade there accounts in order to be able to earn.

12. You agree to not make fraudulent claims. You agree not to complain to authorities and or spread negative comments which could hurt TotalSurf and its members. You cannot hold Totalsurf or its administration liable for anything that might happen. TotalSurf has the final say in any situation.TotalSurf has the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason and revise these terms at anytime.

13. We will payout via the processor that you upgraded with currently e-Gold,Paypal and Alertpay. We may add more payment or payout processors.We require notice by e-mail if you wish to change your payment ID at any time.

14. We payout once your upgrade has expired,currently 14 days and a minimum of $10,your expired upgrades will be paid within 7 days and in most cases earlier.we charge a 5% processing fee.
